Do You Have a Facebook Page?

I have two in fact. My regular profile and my fan page for Binford-Bell Studio. Or I think I do. Seems this morning Facebook is having a melt down. There have been an increasing number of glitches of late. Facebook sites improvements they are making as a reason. That and their fantastic growth and most of that among a different age dynamic - the older set. We utilize the popular social platform very differently than the teenage set. First we blog. And we want those blogs to post on Facebook. And they say they can be linked in easily. Yes, it is easy to link a blog in but they don't live up to posting new material every two hours promise. So now Facebook is trying to head us off at the pass by making its Notes more of a blog platform with fonts even and the ability to underline and bold text. They are a long way behind on that! I would be happy if they would just do well what they were designed to do which is let us interact in real time around the world. This morning FB will n...

Monday Morning Chat Over Coffee - Facebook!

Don't you love the internet? You Google an image to illustrate a vague idea you have about a blog and TA DA! I love this one. In fact I loved this one so much you may see it again and again. The Notifications on Facebook are also not working well. Some I get only through my e-mail notifications of notifications. Some not at all. And I laboriously set up automatic loads of this blog to my main ...

My Day to Whine

The theory is having survived the gradual disintegration of Yahoo 360 I am a master at coping with platform glitches. Oh, but that were true. I find myself totally intolerant of Facebook following their not (in my opinion) successful launch of their new format. And when I at last, after posting several comments that would not stick around, logged off until notified by a friend they have this fixed I decided there is such a thing as Post Traumatic Internet Stress Syndrone or PTISS. Pronounced with the T silent. I am frankly PTISSed off. I thought I had found a social network that met my needs and wants especially when combined with my blogs here on Blogspot. I even researched and set up automatic feeds of two of my blogs: Creative Journey to Binford-Bell Studio Fan Page and this blog to my regular profile page. There have been some minor glitches from the beginning but nothing I could not cope with as in FB takes their own jolly good time to do this seemingly automatic function. Then...
